Donation Policy for Binnewater Ice Co.

At Binnewater Ice Co, we believe in supporting our community and contributing to causes that align with our values. This Donation Policy outlines the types of donations we offer, our application process, and the criteria we use to make fair and impactful decisions. This policy applies to requests for donations from charitable organizations, nonprofits, and community groups. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we are unable to fill all donation requests. Priority will be given to current customers of Binnewater Ice Co, first responders, veterans, and local children.

We offer the following types of donations:

1. In-kind Donations: Products or services provided by our business.
2. Sponsorships: Support for events or initiatives that provide mutual benefit and exposure.

All donation requests must be submitted with our Donation Request Form on our website at least 30 days prior to deadline and should include:

1. A description of the organization and its mission.
2. Specific details of the donation request (e.g., item & quantity requested or sponsorship package).
3. An explanation of how the donation will benefit the community or target group.
4. The event date or campaign timeline, if applicable.
5. Requested donation pick up date, if applicable.

Requests are reviewed on a first come, first served basis.

2. All applicants will be notified of our decision via email within 14 days of submission.
